My Motivation

"My journey into technology began at age 11, teaching myself to repair PCs and electronics out of pure curiosity. By 13, I had built my first custom computer from the ground up. At a time when I was the only one in my neighborhood with a PC and an internet connection, I quickly became the go-to resource for anyone needing technical advice or repairs.

This passion for service grew alongside my skills. During high school, I was entrusted with managing servers and re-imaging machines for Woonsocket Senior High School, while also spending my time repairing and reprogramming systems for local school teachers and seniors.

Since those early days, I have serviced thousands of machines for a diverse range of clients—from local families and businesses to a well-known author. For over 20 years, my mission has remained unchanged: providing the Woonsocket community with the honest, expert-level technical support I’ve been perfecting since I was 11 years old."
